Description

Located in the heart of Yerevan, the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium is an important sports facility in Armenia. This multi-purpose stadium, which can accommodate up to 14,935 spectators, is fully covered and offers 107 seats for VIP guests. The history of the stadium dates back to 1935, when it was built in record time and was called Dinamo. In the early 1950s, the stadium was renamed Hanrapetakan, and in 1999 it was named after Vazgen Sargsyan in memory of the former prime minister.

Today, the stadium serves as the home arena for the Armenia national football team and Pyunik Football Club. For the convenience of visitors, our website provides an up-to-date schedule of events and a poster. In order not to miss important sporting events, you can buy tickets in advance.
