The game ended in a 2:2 draw after extra time, which was enough for the Spaniards to reach the final.

Chelsea confidently beat the Swedish club Djurgården, winning with an aggregate score of 5:1. The final match took place on May 8 at Stamford Bridge in London, where Enzo Maresca's charges dictated their terms of the game. The first semi-final was played on the Swedish field and ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the English, and the second match ended with a minimal victory of 1:0 thanks to a goal by Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in the 38th minute.

For both clubs, this Conference League final will be their debut, as the tournament was established only in 2021.
